1. Ordering
1.1 Should you wish to place an order for one of our watches, please email regarding the watch you would like to purchase and we will invoice you for the item accordingly.
1.2 When ordering watches from our website, it is the buyers responsibility to ensure they order the correct watch. Please read the details carefully on each item.
1.3 Payment for the goods shall in itself constitute as acceptance of and agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
1.4 All watches should be ordered via email to; tailoredswisswatches@outlook.co.uk. The order should include; the name & size of the tile, customers name, full delivery address and contact telephone number. The Buyer will then be issued with a payment invoice. Following full payment, the buyer will receive a confirmation email.
2. Payment
2.1 Tailored Swiss Watches will issue a invoice which is payable by Bank Transfer.
2.2. The Companies prices, including prices shown on any advertising material, does not form any contract between the buyer and the Company.
2.3 Whilst we try to ensure the prices are correct on our website, there may be occasional errors. If there has been an error regarding the price of goods you have ordered, we will notify you immediately and provide you with the option of amending your order or cancelling it.
2.4 The Company reserves the right to amend prices without prior notification.
2.5 Unless otherwise stated, all prices exclude custom duties if ordering outside of the UK.
2.6 Please contact us for prices of all price on request products.
2.7 All quotes given are valid for 48 hours after the date it was issued.
3. Goods
3.1 All information regarding items is believed to be correct. All information has been compiled from the supplier or the manufacturer and therefore, the Company accepts no responsibility for the accuracy of such information.
3.2 There may be slight colour variation from the images displayed on the website. This can be due to lighting etc. We take high quality pictures and videos to show the watches in their truest form.
4. Deliveries
4.1 We offer a delivery service through third party contractors Such as UPS & ROYAL MAIL. Their standard delivery in the UK takes 1 working day. Overseas Orders can take between 1-2 weeks, this will depend upon the customs of each country.
4.2 The company cannot, under any circumstances, accept any financial demands from the buyer for late delivery.
4.3 It is the Companies expectation that the buyer, or their representative, will be at the delivery address to receive and sign for the goods.
4.4 It is the buyers responsibility to unpack and check the goods as soon as possible. Should any issues arise, the buyer must contact the Company directly on email tailoredswisswatches@outlook.co.uk. This should be no later than 2 days after the delivery. Failure to do so may result in additional costs for re-supply and re-deliever. In the unfortunate event that goods arrived damaged, it is the buyers responsibility to provide images of the broken items.
5. Cancellations
5.1 If a buyer cancels an order after dispatch, before the delivery has been made, they are expected to accept the delivery of the goods and return the goods in a resealable condition. See the returns policy.
6. Returns & Refunds
6.1 .We are 100% responsible for the watch condition during delivery, if it gets damaged or lost by mail service – we will replace, repair or refund it. Buyers must accept responsibility for duties and the legalities at customs. We do not bear the responsibility for customs duties. You will get what you see, all the photos are 100% original. Every watch is qualitatively packed in a rigid cardboard box and bubble wrap. You may be asked to provide photographs of the damaged goods.
6.2 Delivery costs are non refundable.
6.3 It is not the companies responsibility to collect any surplus or unwanted goods. The buyer is responsible for arranging the return of goods. Returned goods must be received during regular opening hours (Monday-Friday 8am-5pm) and must be in a resalable condition; in their original packaging. The company will not re-imberse the cost of returning the goods.
6.4 All Items must be returned within 28 days of the purchase date.
6.5 Refunds can take up 3-5 working days after the goods have been received and checked.
